Sharon joined the Civil Service in September 1991.  She has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the public sector.  She is familiar with the Civil Service vacancy process, application and interview processes.  Civil Servants talk in a way like no other.  They use Success profiles and you must write examples to match behaviours.  They ask you strength and experienced based questions.  Sharon can tell you all about these different facets of the application process.  She will guide you to be in the best position for when you see a vacancy you wish to apply for.

Sharon’s job is not to write your application form for you but to keep you on track and make sure you are ready to send in that application on the closing date.  She will hold regular touch base calls with you to check your progress and help you overcome any obstacles that get in your way.
