What Sharon's client's say about her

I found the sessions with Sharon incredibly useful. During the sessions in March and April, my living conditions and home life where very challenging and I was struggling to cope. Sharon helped me realise that it would not last forever and gave me some good tips and thought exercises I could do to try and mitigate the situation. If it wasn't for the coaching that Sharon offered during this time, I would have struggled to manage the situation as I did and I would not be in the position I am in now. Although we only had 3 sessions, they where very powerful and informative and I learned a lot about ways to cope.   Chris

Sharon has been the coach I needed. Her warmth and genuine nature along with her coaching abilities has helped move me forward with my goals. She has fantastic communication skills and her rapport building is second to none. I have appreciated her challenging me on occasion and also the way she is always encouraging and supportive. I have learnt so much from her. I hope to work with her in the future and wish her every success.  Helen

Before receiving coaching sessions from Sharon (Hall) I was experiencing some difficulties regarding my career & living environment. In addition to this I was & am going through perimenopause so I struggled with self-motivation due to issues with energy levels & executive functioning. However, Sharon was able to provide supportive & non-judgemental sessions that made me feel comfortable being completely honest with her & at times made me see my life, my decisions & my options from a different perspective. She also made me consider my personal values & made me prioritise what was important to me. During the 6 months I met with Sharon I went through a number of changes in my life & at times it felt like any progress I was making was being reversed or wasn't going quite to plan but Sharon helped me see that any change is positive & can contribute to future growth in ways that can't always be initially seen. I feel that Sharon is an empathetic & 'real' person who genuinely wants to help others. She sees that we are all different but all have our own strengths & skills, including those who are neurodiverse like myself, & this belief in others makes her somebody that I would recommend to anybody who is struggling to make positive changes in their life. Sharon also likes to laugh & I feel our shared sense of humour often lightened the mood at times & made our sessions like chatting to a friend. Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to wish Sharon nothing but luck in her future career as a Life Coach.  Jo
